Event Value proposition
The day of financing innovation and innovative business
FIDMED is THE day dedicated to the financing of startups and innovative companies in growth. This event is structured around 2 key moments:
• A morning dedicated to speaking by experts on subjects related to developments in Equity financing. These interventions are captured and the videos quickly available on the event website 🗣
• An afternoon dedicated to one or more pitching sessions of startups and growing companies in front of a jury made up of funds, VCs and qualified personalities 👩 🏫👨🏫 💥
Building on the success of FIDMED Provence, present in Marseille since 2015, it is only natural that the organizers decided to develop the event by giving it a real regional dimension with the FIDMED Riviera in Sophia Antipolis in 2019
Short:
> The concept: present during one day the actors, trends and different forms of financing Equity of innovation and innovative businesses in the area.
> Positioning: to be a real link between the actors of innovation financing: financiers, investment funds, BA, institutions, ... and innovative companies.
> The economic model: it is resolutely different, visitors are free upon registration (www.fid-med.fr), companies that pitch do not pay for registration and these are not subject to a pitch competition.

Cet évènement en deux éditions Provence et Riviera se structure autour de 2 temps forts :
👉 Conférences : Des prises de parole d’experts sur des sujets liés aux évolutions du financement de l’Equity. Ces interventions sont captées et les vidéos sont rapidement disponibles sur le site de l’événement 🗣
👉 Pitchs : Une ou plusieurs séances de pitchs de start ups et entreprises en croissance face à un jury composé de fonds, VC et personnalités qualifiées 👩🏫👨🏫
💥 Fort du succès de FID M€D Provence, présent à Marseille depuis 2015, c’est tout naturellement que les organisateurs ont décidé de développer l’événement en lui donnant une véritable dimension régionale avec le FID M€D Riviera à Sophia Antipolis en 2019
En bref :
✅ Le concept : présenter au cours d’une journée les acteurs, les tendances et les différentes formes de financement de l’Equity de l’innovation et des entreprises innovantes du territoire.
✅ Le positionnement : être un véritable trait d’union entre les acteurs du financement de l’innovation : financeurs, fonds d’investissements, BA, institutions, et les entreprises innovantes.
✅ Le modèle économique : il est résolument différenciant, le visitorat est libre sur inscription (www.fid-med.fr), les entreprises qui pitchent ne paient pas d’inscription et celles-ci ne sont pas soumises à un concours de pitchs.
