- Favorise l’orientation et la formation tout au long de la vie par l’accès à l’information sur la réalité des métiers et leurs évolutions, sur les droits et les voies d’accès à la formation, afin de la rendre plus accessible aux professionnels, aux entreprises, aux publics (jeunes, familles, actifs...etc.) ;
- Assure une activité de veille, de diagnostic et de prospective sur les métiers, l’emploi et la formation, pour apporter une aide à la décision au service des politiques publiques, des acteurs économiques et des publics ;
- Accompagne l’ensemble des professionnels de l’éducation, de la formation, de l’orientation et de l’emploi à travers la production et la diffusion d’information et de ressources sur les métiers, la formation et l’emploi, en favorisant la coopération et la mutualisation entre ces acteurs et en proposant un programme de professionnalisation ;
- Stimule l’innovation et l’expérimentation dans les domaines de la formation, du conseil et de l’accompagnement en réponse aux attentes et aux usages évolutifs des publics et des professionnels.
