    Ampersand AB is a business development company based in Göteborg, Sweden.

    Ampersand adds a new perspective by helping to identify new customer groups, adapt the communication and facilitate customer focused product development.

    Our clients know that there is growing buying power in segments outside the white-middle-aged-men-sector. Women, the 50+ and immigrants are examples of such large groups with increasing buying power.

    The four Ampersand founders all have a background in the very competitive automotive industry. They were on the management team of Volvo Cars'​ most successful concept car to date, the YCC. A project that focused on an unexploited customer group in the car world: the independant woman in the premium segment.
