As a breeding ground for successful entrepreneurship and as a pilot project for Germany, the Founders Foundation is establishing a B2B startup ecosystem in the region of Ostwestfalen-Lippe, which promotes startups, enables the successful merging of "new and old business" and drives the digital future forward. Taking advantage of the region's strengths with established world market leaders and international family-owned companies, the Hinterland of Things was initiated as one of the leading tech conferences in Germany. The Founders Foundation is a non-profit organization that places a sustainable and successful education of founders at the center of its activities according to the motto: no equity - people first.
