    La Asociación de Personas con Lesión Medular y Otras Discapacidades Físicas (ASPAYM-MADRID) nace en 1991, fue declarada Entidad de Utilidad Pública por Orden de la Subsecretaría del Ministerio del Interior de fecha 8 de junio de 2004 y tiene como ámbito territorial de actuación la Comunidad de Madrid, España.
