In collaboration with local cricket and grasshopper breeders, these animals are bred for taste and quality. Green residual flows are used as feed, with which we strive for a complete circular set-up of the food chain.

In samenwerking met lokale krekel- en sprinkhaankwekers worden deze dieren op smaak en kwaliteit gekweekt. De focus ligt hierbij op de smaak, een hartigheid die ook wel als notig omschreven wordt en die centraal staat in de producten. Door ze te verwerken in combinatie met plantaardige ingrediënten tot maaltijd element of tussendoortje, introduceren we krekels en sprinkhanen met alle gezondheid- en duurzaamheid voordelen die ze rijk zijn als toegankelijk & lekker binnen onze eetcultuur.
