Thanks to the support of USAID and the MasterCard Foundation, the African Center for Advanced Studies in Management (CESAG) and its main partners (the Synapse Center and the West African Research Center) have established the Regional Leadership Center ( CRL) which offers future leaders from 16 African countries skills, tools and opportunities allowing them to realize their dreams, and thus shape the future of the continent. The CRL YALI DAKAR covers the following 16 countries: BENIN, BURKINA FASO, CAMEROON, CAPE VERDE, COTE D'IVOIRE, GABON, GUINEA, GUINEA BISSAU, EQUATORIAL GUINEA, MALI, MAURITAINE, NIGER, SAO TOME ET PRINCIPE, SENEGAL, CHAD AND TOGO.
The training takes place within the CESAG. The YALI DAKAR Regional Leadership Center offers two types of training: hybrid training and online training. The hybrid training takes place over 5 weeks: 2 weeks of online training followed by 3 weeks of face-to-face training in Dakar. The online training takes place over 8 weeks entirely online. Les formations se déroulent au sein du CESAG. Le centre Régional de Leadership YALI DAKAR offre deux types de formations: la formation hybride et la formation en ligne.
