Grant Alexander has developed Athlete Thinking, its own proprietary methodology used to measure the performance potential of a candidate not only in terms of professional competence and behaviour but also in terms of the mental dimensions conducive to success.
It has offices in France (Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes and Toulouse) and in Abidjan to cover West Africa.
As part of its CSR approach, Grant Alexander obtained the Lucie 26000 label in November 2021. This reference label for CSR in France is aligned with the international standard for social responsibility (CSR), ISO 26000. With this label, the group is committed to respecting all its stakeholders, in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, and to continuous improvement, with a 3-year progress plan.

Il intervient dans tous les secteurs, sur toutes les fonctions (dirigeants / experts / profils rares), partout dans le monde, via plusieurs implantations en France (Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Toulouse), un bureau à Abidjan pour l’Afrique, et un réseau de partenaires internationaux de premier rang.
Dans le cadre de sa démarche RSE, Grant Alexander a obtenu en novembre 2021 la labellisation Lucie 26000, label de référence en matière de RSE en France, aligné sur la norme internationale de la responsabilité sociétale (RSE), l’ISO 26000. Avec ce label, le groupe s’inscrit dans une véritable démarche de respect de toutes ses parties prenantes, conformément aux principes du développement durable, et d’amélioration continue, avec un plan de progrès sur 3 ans.
