Convinced of the importance of a collective response to address the urgency of the ecological and social issues of our time, we created the INSTINKTO collective to support teams and organizations who wish to contribute to the transformation of society.
We are Anne-Laure Romanet, Maxime de Beauchesne and Simon Dinon, all three of whom have been independent for several years. We are coming together because we felt a deep desire to build something together to raise a common purpose.
The reason for existence of an organization or a collective lives up to its name: it explains why it exists. It thus gives a direction, a meaning to the action. When we help organizations define it, we suggest including at least three ingredients: convictions, vision and mission. Here they are for our collective.
We often introduce ourselves as humanists to highlight our belief that if each person were fully aligned with their values, aspirations and beliefs, then this would result in a more virtuous society. Furthermore, faced with the urgency of the challenges facing our society, we are also convinced of the importance of a collective response that goes beyond individual commitment. However, aware of the difficulties inherent in all human collaboration, we created this collective to help groups overcome them and increase their ability to cooperate.
Our VISION is that of a society in which each team, group and organization has an ambition for society, functions effectively in its service and in which each person who is involved can be fully themselves.
The MISSION that we gave ourselves to participate in it is to build and facilitate collective moments mixing personal and introspective times as well as sharing and collaborative approaches.Original language

Convaincus de l’importance d’une réponse collective pour faire face à l'urgence des enjeux écologiques et sociaux de notre époque, nous avons créé le collectif INSTINKTO pour accompagner les équipes et organisations qui souhaitent contribuer à la transformation de la société.
Nous, c’est Anne-Laure Romanet, Maxime de Beauchesne et Simon Dinon, tous les trois indépendants depuis quelques années. Nous nous regroupons car nous avons senti une envie profonde de construire quelque chose ensemble pour porter plus haut une raison d’être commune.
La raison d'être d’une organisation ou d’un collectif porte très bien son nom : elle vient expliquer pourquoi il existe. Elle donne ainsi un cap, un sens à l’action. Quand nous accompagnons des organisations à la définir nous proposons d’y mettre au moins trois ingrédients : les convictions, la vision et la mission. Les voici pour notre collectif.
Nous nous présentons souvent en disant que nous sommes humanistes pour mettre en avant notre conviction que si chaque personne était pleinement alignée avec ses valeurs, ses aspirations et ses convictions, alors cela engendrerait une société plus vertueuse. Par ailleurs, face à l’urgence des enjeux de notre société, nous sommes aussi convaincus de l’importance d’une réponse collective qui dépasse l’engagement individuel. Or conscients des difficultés inhérentes à toute collaboration humaines, nous avons créé ce collectif pour aider les groupes à les dépasser et augmenter leurs capacités à coopérer.
Notre VISION est celle d’une société dans laquelle chaque équipe, groupe et organisation possède une ambition pour la société, fonctionne efficacement au service de celle-ci et dans lequel chaque personne qui s’y engage peut être pleinement elle-même.
La MISSION que nous nous sommes donnée pour y participer est de construire et faciliter des moments collectifs mêlant autant des temps personnels et introspectifs que du partage et des approches collaboratives.
