Le Conseil de surveillance est composé de représentants de la Région Hauts-de-France, des départements du Nord, de l’Oise, du Pas-de-Calais et de la Somme, ainsi que de représentants de l’Etat, le préfet de la Région Hauts-de-France ainsi qu’un député et un sénateur. L’Europe est également représentée.
Au sein de la Société du Canal Seine-Nord Europe, le Directoire met en œuvre les décisions du Conseil de surveillance. Il comprend 3 membres et constitue la direction générale de la Société de projet.
