C'est rechercher un impact sur les décisions et les comportements, c'est amener celui auquel on s'adresse à étudier une autre vision des choses, à changer son raisonnement. L'influence, c'est donc préparer l'opinion, interne ou externe, identifier et entrer en relation avec les parties prenantes, convaincre...
