We are a consulting, training and engineering firm in Lean Construction, and are leaders in our activity.
Our job since 2007 is to transform tools borrowed from the world of industry and adapt them to the world of construction, to aim for global, homogeneous and sustainable performance.
Practicing Lean Construction means learning to see differently what we know by heart: this involves leading change, and this is precisely our added value in supporting our clients.
Our methodologies promote collaborative practices, to go beyond particular interests in favor of the general interest of the project, in a "win-win" relationship, a factor of serenity, balanced and sustainable relationships.
Our tools, operational and concrete, produce rapid, measurable and visible effects for all.
We intervene throughout the entire construction site, in the study phase as well as in execution, to implement these tools, train teams, measure performance, and most importantly, lead and support change.
Today, we have three types of clients and interventions:
1-Companies that want to change, to adapt to changes in the socio-economic context, to be innovative, to differentiate themselves

2-Intervention on a project, at the request of a project manager
➢ With our experience on 300 projects around the world, of all types and sizes, we intervene as experts, like a methods and engineering office, to help a project secure one (or more) particular problem(s),
➢ Our priority is that our action is relevant to the project and that the results are concrete and immediate.
3- Service engineering
➢ Our business is the lean management of construction sites/projects with our tools, in AMO or "OPC Lean"

Nous sommes un cabinet de conseil, formation, ingénierie en Lean Construction, et sommes leader dans notre activité.
Notre métier depuis 2007, c’est de transformer des outils empruntés au monde de l’industrie et de les adapter au monde de la construction, pour viser une performance globale, homogène et pérenne.
Pratiquer le Lean Construction, c’est apprendre à voir différemment ce qu’on connaît par cœur : cela implique de conduire le changement, et c’est précisément notre valeur ajoutée dans l’accompagnement de nos clients.
Nos méthodologies favorisent les pratiques collaboratives, pour dépasser les intérêts particuliers au profit de l’intérêt général du projet, dans un rapport « gagnant-gagnant », facteur de sérénité, de relations équilibrées et durables.
Nos outils, opérationnels et concrets, produisent des effets rapides, mesurables et visibles par tous.
Nous intervenons ainsi sur tout le déroulement du chantier, en phase études comme en exécution, pour implanter ces outils, former les équipes, mesurer la performance, et point essentiel, conduire et accompagner le changement.
Nous avons aujourd’hui trois types de clients, d’interventions :
1-Entreprises qui veulent changer, pour s’adapter aux évolutions du contexte socio-économique, être innovantes, se différencier

➢ Notre priorité est que notre action rapporte au projet et que les résultats soient concrets et immédiats.
