TESIS brings together health establishments and professionals in Reunion Island within a Health Cooperation Group. Our role with our members is to pool human and financial resources around shared projects related to digital health.

Purchasing center: market procedures, provision of shared services at negotiated rates for healthcare establishments and professionals.
Advice & Expertise: project engineering, health IT security consulting, digital health prevention strategies, provision of spaces and skills dedicated to co-construction and collective intelligence within our certified third place French Tech, La Ruche e-health.
e-Services: coordination solutions, exchange and sharing of health data, secure messaging, oncology file for RCP, medico-social user file, information system for guidance monitoring of people with disabilities.

Notre mission s’inscrit dans une collaboration très étroite avec l'Agence de Santé de La Réunion et l'Agence de Santé de Mayotte, qui nous confient la déclinaison opérationnelle des politiques publiques de santé sur le volet numérique pour la zone océan Indien.
Nos équipes construisent et administrent un Système d’Information régional partagé, en capacité de répondre aux enjeux de santé publique actuels.
Nous créons ainsi des outils pour faciliter l’échange et le partage d’informations entre acteurs de santé, dans le respect du secret professionnel et de la confidentialité des données du patient.
La force d'un groupement au service de ses adhérents
TESIS rassemble les établissements et les professionnels de santé de La Réunion au sein d'un Groupement de Coopération Sanitaire. Notre rôle auprès de nos membres est de mutualiser les moyens humains et financier autour de projets partagés liés au numérique en santé.
Notre offre de services s'organise autour de trois briques :
Centrale d'achat : procédures de marché, mise à disposition de services mutualisés à tarifs négociés pour les établissements et les professionnels de santé.
Conseil & Expertise : ingénierie de projet, conseil en sécurité des SI de santé, stratégies digitales de prévention en santé, mise à disposition d'espaces et de compétences dédiées à la co-construction et à l'intelligence collective au sein de notre tiers-lieu labellisé French Tech, La Ruche e-santé.
e-Services : solutions de coordination, échange et partage de données de santé, messagerie sécurisée, dossier de cancérologie pour les RCP, dossier usager médico-social, SI de suivi d’orientation des personnes en situation de handicap.
