L'historique du Sniil
Fondé en Avril 1973 par la volonté des Infirmières et des Infirmiers Libéraux de terrain, le Sniil regroupe des sections départementales sources et pierres d'assise de l'action syndicale nationale, réparties sur tout le territoire national.
Il a pour objectifs :
* de participer à l'élaboration d'une politique de santé à long terme,
* d'œuvrer à l'élévation de la qualité des soins prodigués aux usagers de la santé par :
- la défense de la profession infirmière dans son ensemble, et de l'exercice libéral en particulier,
- la lutte contre l'exercice illégal de la profession et contre tout fait, pouvant porter préjudice quelconque aux intérêts collectifs de la profession
- l'apport à ses adhérents de documents afférents à toutes les questions techniques, économiques, sociales et législatives qui les concernent, grâce à des publications, à l'organisation de congrès, de conférences, de sessions de formation continue.
