Además cada Consejería tiene un Secretario General y pueden depender de ella diversos organismos autónomos y empresas públicas.

    Para la gestión territorial, en cada provincia hay un Delegado Territorial, que coordina todos los servicios periféricos de las distintas Consejerías.
