Ki is a decentralised infrastructure network that combines a blockchain layer running on a network of distributed smart home pods to enable a global open source and privacy-centric operating system for applications and services. Although almost two-thirds of the internet’s data are stored and processed on servers owned and controlled by just four global institutions, Ki’s new decentralised network will be able to serve 1% of the world’s internet data network by the end of 2020.
