We advise families owning or wishing to set up a family holding company with the need to define its vision, its project and its organization, with a view to its development or transmission.

We support family shareholders at key moments in the family business and in particular to work on issues of generational transition and operational transmission.
(iii) FAMILY GOVERNANCE AND SHAREHOLDER BASE
