Depuis 1923 la RIVP est un acteur majeur du logement social à Paris.
Nous construisons, réhabilitons et gérons près de 65 000 logements dans la capitale et plusieurs villes d’Ile-de-France.
Nos équipes remplissent pleinement leurs missions auprès des locataires grâce à une gestion de proximité, fondée sur l’écoute, la disponibilité, la solidarité et la qualité de service.

Hénéo est la filiale proposant une offre d’hébergement temporaire tournée en majorité vers les personnes en difficulté disposant de très faibles revenus, principalement des personnes seules et des familles monoparentales.
Hsf est la filiale ESH composée principalement de petits immeubles collectifs de logements sociaux dans Paris et certaines communes limitrophes.
Nous sommes également engagés pour le développement économique parisien avec la gestion de locaux commerciaux et la création de programmes d’hébergement destinés aux entreprises innovantes et génératrices d’emplois.
La RIVP est ainsi le 1er opérateur parisien d’espaces de bureaux dédiés au secteur tertiaire et aux jeunes entreprises et startups.
Notre Direction pour le Développement et la Gestion Immobilière pour les Entreprises (DDGIE) assure la commercialisation et la gestion de programmes remarquables comme le Cargo ou le Tremplin.
