The Union of Companies and Employees for Housing (UESL) is a limited company with variable capital with a Supervisory Board and Management Board whose main purpose is to represent the common interests of its associates and to implement national policies for the use of Housing Action funds.
Its partners are, on a mandatory basis, each collecting organization (CIL) and each Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) approved for the purpose of collecting and using PEEC funds, at the request, any inter-professional and representative organization at the national level of employees or companies subject to payment of employers' participation in the construction effort.
Three government commissioners represent the state on the Supervisory Board.
For the implementation of these missions, it ensures the animation and coordination of the CIL network and has intervention funds. -

L'Union des Entreprises et des Salariés pour le Logement (UESL) est une société anonyme à capital variable à Conseil de Surveillance et Directoire qui a pour principal objet de représenter les intérêts communs de ses associés et de mettre en œuvre les politiques nationales d’emploi des fonds d’Action Logement.

Trois commissaires du gouvernement représentent l'État au Conseil de Surveillance.
Pour la mise en œuvre de ces missions, elle assure l’animation et la coordination du réseau des CIL et dispose de fonds d'intervention.
