[Automatic translation follows] The Pays de Meaux Urban Community (CAPM) aims to improve the level and quality of life of its inhabitants through harmonious and sustainable development of its territory.
The elected representatives of the Urban Community, under the leadership of the President, wanted to bring together the objectives and principles of the CAPM in a founding text.
The fight for employment, economic dynamism, improvement of the living environment, without forgetting sporting and cultural development are thus clearly proclaimed as the fundamental objectives of the CAPM's action. Elected officials therefore adopted the CAPM charter which makes the Agglomeration a true community of projects.
It was on January 1, 2003 that the CAPM was born, made up of the 18 municipalities which form the Pays de Meaux.
The Pays de Meaux has welcomed new municipalities since January 1, 2017
From 18 municipalities, the Pays de Meaux has grown to 22 municipalities, we have integrated 4 municipalities, Forfry, Gesvres, Monthyon and St Soupplets.
4,000 new inhabitants come to strengthen the territory which until then had 90,000 inhabitants. -

La Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays de Meaux (CAPM) a pour finalité l'amélioration du niveau et de la qualité de vie de ses habitants à travers un développement harmonieux et durable de son territoire.
Les élus de la Communauté d'Agglomération, sous l'impulsion du Président, ont souhaité rassembler les objectifs et les principes de la CAPM dans un texte fondateur.
La lutte pour l'emploi, le dynamisme économique, l'amélioration du cadre de vie, sans oublier le développement sportif et culturel sont ainsi clairement proclamés comme les objectifs fondamentaux de l'action de la CAPM. Les élus ont donc adopté la charte de la CAPM qui fait de l'Agglomération une véritable communauté de projets.
C'est le 1er janvier 2003 qu'est née la CAPM, composée des 18 communes qui forment le Pays de Meaux.
Le Pays de Meaux accueillent de nouvelles communes depuis le 1er janvier 2017
De 18 communes, le Pays de Meaux est passé à 22 communes, nous avons intégreré 4 communes, Forfry, Gesvres, Monthyon et St Soupplets.
4000 nouveaux habitants viennent renforcer le territoire qui comptait jusqu’ alors 90000 habitants.
