Le 100e Singe est un tiers-lieu agroécologique qui comprend un espace-test agricole, implanté sur différentes communes en périphérie toulousaine. Il comprend un site principal accueillant espaces de travail partagés, fablab agricole, ateliers pour les citoyens, formations et des sites d'incubation maraichers qui sécurisent les 3 premières années de reconversion des néoagriculteurs en vue d'installations pérennes.
Le 100e Singe vise à redynamiser le périrubain en créant une ceinture verte nourricière et en favorisant coopérations, collaborations et lien social.
