The Hermitage project starts from a simple observation.
We are all engaged in a number of large -scale transitions: energy, social, environmental. To continue making society, we need places to meet people, share our knowledge and ideas, and do new things together.
With 30 hectares, more than 20 buildings, agricultural land and wood, it is a "life -size" space to act.
A real third of rural and citizen innovations!
We are convinced that it is by sharing our knowledge, our ideas, and our desires that we will take together the paths of emancipation.
And concretely, what do we do?
→ We boost and support the emergence of innovative projects at the service of "better living outside the cities".
→ We develop and implant local services facilitating the daily lives of the inhabitants of this rural territory.
→ We unite, support and pool resources with a community of professionals and carrying local associative projects.
→ We facilitate the sharing of skills, sensitize and form the greatest number to the societal issues that are important to us (food in short circuits, eco-renovation, mobility, open source technologies, living together and opening on difference) through event programming, regular workshops, conferences and training.
→ We discover and understand our dynamics through immersive stays dedicated to professionals and individuals (seminars, off-site, bootcamps, eco-tourism).

Le Projet Hermitage part d’un constat simple.
Nous sommes tous engagés dans nombre de transitions de grande ampleur : énergétiques, sociales, environnementales. Pour continuer de faire société, nous avons besoin de lieux pour faire des rencontres, partager nos savoirs et nos idées, et faire des choses neuves ensemble.
Avec 30 hectares, plus de 20 bâtiments, des terres agricoles et des bois, c’est un espace “grandeur nature” pour agir.
Un véritable tiers-lieu d’innovations rurales et citoyennes !
Nous sommes convaincus que c’est en partageant nos savoirs, nos idées, et nos envies que nous prendrons ensemble les chemins de l’émancipation.
Et concrètement, que faisons-nous ?
→ Nous impulsons et accompagnons l'émergence de projets innovants au service du « mieux-vivre hors les villes ».
→ Nous développons et implantons des services de proximité facilitant le quotidien des habitants de ce territoire rural.
→ Nous fédérons, soutenons et mutualisons des moyens avec une communauté de professionnels et de porteurs de projets associatifs locaux.
→ Nous facilitons le partage de compétences, sensibilisons et formons le plus grand nombre aux enjeux sociétaux qui nous tiennent à coeur (alimentation en circuits courts, eco-rénovation, mobilité, technologies open source, vivre ensemble et ouverture sur la différence) au travers d'une programmation évènementielle, d'ateliers réguliers, de conférences et de formations.
→ Nous faisons découvrir et comprendre notre dynamique au travers de séjours immersifs dédiés aux professionnels et particuliers (séminaires, off-site, bootcamps, éco-tourisme).
