Centro di Ricerca Interuniversitario, costituito da studiosi delle Università di Bergamo, di Brescia, di Firenze e del Piemonte Orientale. Dal 2003 è community di riferimento riconosciuta anche a livello internazionale per la ricerca scientifica, la formazione e il trasferimento tecnologico in relazione al business dei servizi ("servitizzazione") nelle imprese industriali.
Vi partecipano oltre trenta imprese industriali globali, rappresentanti di differenti settori industriali.
