C’est de ce constat qu’est née en 2015 l’Association pour le Développement du Bâtiment Bas Carbone (BBCA) qui rassemble les principaux intervenants de l’acte de construire, une centaine de membres, promoteurs immobiliers, investisseurs, collectivités, aménageurs, architectes de renom, bureaux d’études et constructeurs.
