Our 12 spaces dedicated to digital solidarity allow us to welcome part of our audiences and work in collaboration with associations, social actors and local authorities throughout France.
Our pedagogy focuses on the acquisition of concrete know-how. Depending on the level of each individual (beginner, intermediary, advanced) and his specific needs (looking for a job; do his administrative procedures; get online; etc.) we offer initiations ranging from the first clicks on a computer, up to Discovering and mastering the best sites and applications. The objective: to allow each beneficiary to gain confidence and autonomy on digital!

Emmaüs Connect est une association du mouvement Emmaüs créée en 2013 pour lutter contre l'exclusion numérique et sociale des personnes les plus précaires.
Emmaüs Connect, avec l'aide de ses 120+ salariés et 1 500 bénévoles, a déjà redonné le pouvoir d’agir à plus de 135 000 personnes confrontées à l'isolement. L'association a également formé plus de 15 000 accompagnateurs sociaux à l'inclusion numérique et soutenu plus de 350 structures de la solidarité dans la mise en œuvre d’actions d’inclusion numérique.
À travers ses programmes solidaires, Emmaüs Connect accompagne les personnes en marge de la transition numérique, mobilise les bénévoles, sensibilise l’opinion publique, transfère ses compétences à d’autres acteurs du terrain. Aux valeurs de solidarité du mouvement Emmaüs s’ajoutent celles de notre métier : innover constamment pour anticiper les besoins d’accompagnements, et y répondre avec toujours plus de pédagogie.
Nos 12 espaces dédiés à la solidarité numérique nous permettent d’accueillir une partie de nos publics et de travailler en collaboration avec des associations, des acteurs sociaux et des collectivités locales dans toute la France.
Notre pédagogie est axée sur l’acquisition de savoir-faire concrets. Selon le niveau de chaque individu (débutant, intermédiaire, avancé) et ses besoins spécifiques (chercher un emploi ; faire ses démarches administratives ; s’éduquer en ligne ; etc.) nous proposons des initiations allant des premiers clics sur un ordinateur, jusqu’à la découverte et la maîtrise des meilleurs sites et applications. L’objectif : permettre à chaque bénéficiaire de gagner en confiance et en autonomie sur le numérique !
