WeeeFund offers companies the opportunity to transform their IT-waste into commitment thanks to the concept of wastefunding. WeeeFund refurbishes IT equipment in order to fund social projects.
We collect companies' old computer pool, repair it, and sell it at a low price to non-profit organizations, social projects or schools which need it.
Because we think actions speak louder than words:
- We want to offer companies the opportunity to show their responsible commitment through tangible sponsorship.
- We offer social projects the resources and the visibility they need to have a wider impact
- We preserve the Earth: each computer we process saves 1 ton of CO2 and avoids the consumption several types of scarce materials.

WeeeFund est une association qui a pour but de réduire les inégalités sociales et l’impact des hommes sur l’environnement. Notre mission est d’offrir gratuitement un accès à l’éducation numérique aux élèves qui en ont besoin via le réemploi d’ordinateurs issus du parc informatique de structures professionnelles. Nous collectons les parcs informatiques obsolètes d'entreprises, les réparons, et les donnons à structure socio-éducatives qui en ont besoin.
Parce que nous pensons que les actions parlent plus fort que les mots:
- Nous voulons offrir aux entreprises l'opportunité de montrer leur engagement sociétal à travers des projets concrets.
- Nous offrons aux structures éducatives l'accompagnement en 3"e" de WeeeFund:
- Équipement informatique: ordinateurs réemployés
- Éducation numérique: formation
- Entretien du matériel informatique: maintenance.
- Nous préservons la planète: chaque ordinateur donné permet d'éviter le rejet de 500kg de CO2eq ainsi que la consommation d'une demi-douzaine de terres rares.
