Public Value proposition
The Ministry of Culture is the governing body in matters of culture and exercises exclusive and exclusive jurisdiction over other levels of management throughout the national territory. It was created by Law No 29565, signed by the President of the Republic, Dr. Alan García Pérez on July 21, 2010.
The programmatic areas of action over which the Ministry of Culture exercises its powers, functions and powers to achieve the objectives and goals of the State are the following: a) Cultural heritage of the Nation, material and intangible; b) Contemporary cultural creation and living arts; c) Cultural management and cultural industries; and d) Ethnic and cultural plurality of the Nation.Original language
El Ministerio de Cultura es el organismo rector en materia de cultura y ejerce competencia, exclusiva y excluyente, respecto de otros niveles de gestión en todo el territorio nacional. Fue creado mediante Ley No 29565, suscrita por el Presidente de la República, Dr. Alan García Pérez del 21 de julio de 2010.
Las áreas programáticas de acción sobre las cuales el Ministerio de Cultura ejerce sus competencias, funciones y atribuciones para el logro de los objetivos y metas del Estado son las siguientes: a) Patrimonio cultural de la Nación, material e inmaterial; b) Creación cultural contemporánea y artes vivas; c) Gestión cultural e industrias culturales; y d) Pluralidad étnica y cultural de la Nación.
