Founded in 2001 by Valérie Ammirati, Skynet Expertise & Conseil is a consulting and accounting firm located in Nice. We take care of tasks related to accounting, social and legal matters to enable our clients to manage their business efficiently and calmly.
Since its creation, our firm has very clearly positioned itself as a preferred partner of its clients. We define ourselves as the “close guard” of the business manager. We go beyond the traditional missions of accounting expertise by providing advice and tools to our clients.
Our clients are mainly businesses in Nice and department 06: VSEs, SMEs, traders/artisans, business creators. Companies who are looking for a relationship that goes beyond keeping their accounts, who seek and appreciate the advice and tools that we put at their disposal to manage their business.
Thus, we offer them practical tools such as a pack dedicated to business creators, a mandatory posting pack upon hiring the first employee, or a complete practical guide for professional interviews. We also organize free meetings/conferences around themes that interest them 3 times a year, as well as ongoing monitoring that we conduct and share with them on our social networks and via our monthly newsletter. It is also around these meetings that the need that our clients had to discuss new subjects between themselves and with us was felt, to break their solitude.
In January 2016, attentive to market developments and keen to meet the new needs expressed by our current and potential clientele, we opened a coworking space around our office: La Verrière, which already has around twenty coworkers.

Fondé en 2001 par Valérie Ammirati, Skynet Expertise & Conseil est un cabinet de conseil et d’expertise-comptable situé à Nice. Nous prenons en charge les tâches liées à la comptabilité, au social, au juridique pour permettre à nos clients de gérer efficacement et sereinement leur entreprise.
Depuis sa création, notre cabinet se positionne très clairement comme un partenaire privilégié de ses clients. Nous nous définissons nous-même comme « la garde rapprochée » du chef d’entreprise. Nous allons au-delà des missions traditionnelles de l’expertise comptable en apportant du conseil et des outils à nos clients.
Nos clients sont principalement des entreprises niçoises et département 06 : des TPE, des PME, des commerçants / artisans, des créateurs d’entreprise. Des entreprises qui recherchent une relation allant au-delà de la tenue de leur comptabilité, qui recherchent et apprécient le conseil et les outils que nous mettons à leur disposition pour piloter leur entreprise.
Ainsi, nous leur proposons des outils pratiques comme un pack dédié aux créateurs d’entreprise, un pack affichage obligatoire dès l’embauche du premier salarié, ou encore un guide pratique complet pour l’entretien professionnel. Nous organisons également des rencontres / conférences gratuites autour de thématiques qui les intéressent 3 fois par an, ainsi qu’une veille permanente que nous menons et partageons avec eux sur nos réseaux sociaux et via notre newsletter mensuelle. C’est d’ailleurs autour de ces rencontres que s’est fait sentir le besoin qu’avaient nos clients d’échanger autour de sujets neufs entre eux et avec nous, de rompre leur solitude.
En janvier 2016, attentifs à l’évolution du marché et soucieux de répondre aux nouveaux besoins exprimés par notre clientèle actuelle et potentielle, nous ouvrons un espace de coworking autour de notre cabinet : La Verrière, qui compte déjà une vingtaine de coworkers.
