L'ICEP est doté de plateaux techniques (Magasin pédagogique, Labo cuisine, pâtisserie, hébergement, sommellerie, poissonnerie, primeur, crémier-fromager, Fleuristerie) permettant la pratique sur site des nombreux métiers préparés. L'ICEP, est aussi révélateur de talents, grâce à ces participations à de nombreux concours : Meilleur Apprenti de France, Worlds Skills en partenariat avec la REGION NORMANDIE, Challenge Jean Mouge en partenariat avec les TOQUES NORMANDES, etc...
Enfin, l’ICEP est sensible à la qualité de vie de son public en formation, et s’attèle à la modernisation permanente de son campus. L’ICEP dispose d’un bureau des apprentis et d’un ALUMNI.
