Created in 1999, anestaps is today the only representative organization of 150,000 young people in training in the fields of sport and animation.
As such, it has become the privileged interlocutor of institutional partners such as the ministry in charge of higher education and research, the ministry in charge of sports, social partners and the whole Sports movement. In more than 25 years, anestaps has developed its expertise on the issues of the various training courses turned to the sports and animation professions. The defense of the interests of young people in the field of sport and animation and the promotion of their skills around the success of their training constitute the primary missions of anestaps.
Completely made up of volunteers, the Federation brings together more than 60 associations throughout the country. Its important territorial coverage and its functioning in participatory democracy gives it any legitimacy to take positions, while retaining political and confessional independence assumed. Its operation is ensured by its training model by popular education, recognized by JEP approval.
Finally, anestaps is convinced that the representation cannot dispense with the action. It is therefore more than 200 events, projects and social innovation services each year that are implemented by the Anestaps network. Among which:

Organisation représentative des jeunes dans le champ du sport et de l’animation
Créée en 1999, l’ANESTAPS, est aujourd’hui l’unique organisation représentative des 150.000 jeunes en formation dans les champs du sport et de l’animation.
À ce titre, elle est devenue l’interlocutrice privilégiée des partenaires institutionnel·les tels que le Ministère en charge de l’Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche, le Ministère en charge des Sports, des partenaires sociaux·ales et de l’ensemble du mouvement sportif. En plus de 25 ans, l’ANESTAPS a développé son expertise sur les problématiques des différentes formations tournées vers les métiers du sport et de l’animation. La défense des intérêts des jeunes dans le champ du sport et de l’animation et la promotion de leurs compétences autour de la réussite de leur formation constituent les missions premières de l’ANESTAPS.
Entièrement composée de bénévoles, la fédération regroupe plus de 60 associations sur tout le pays. Son importante couverture territoriale et son fonctionnement en démocratie participative lui donne toute légitimité pour prendre des positions, tout en gardant une indépendance politique et confessionnelle assumée. Son fonctionnement est assuré par son modèle de formation par l’éducation populaire, reconnu par l’agrément JEP.
Finalement, l’ANESTAPS est convaincu que la représentation ne peut se dispenser de l’action. C’est donc chaque année plus de 200 événements, projets et services d’innovation sociale qui sont mis en place par le réseau de l’ANESTAPS. Parmi lesquelles :
