Organisée en auto-gestion depuis sa création, Syndex fait naturellement le choix de passer sous le statut de Scop en 2011, réaffirmant ainsi ses convictions démocratiques. Elle prouve quotidiennement depuis sa création qu’une structure professionnelle peut allier intérêt collectif et équilibre économique.
À Syndex, tout le personnel est associé aux grands débats et décisions de la société. Pédagogie, démocratisation de l’accès à l’information, échange, convivialité, ouverture sur l’autre sont des valeurs qui guident son action.
