Far from empty speeches, we act on a daily basis, driven by the same vision and implement concrete actions. Internal think tanks, called Tribes and on a voluntary basis, are formed to help the company evolve: setting their salaries and schedules by employees, searching for reuse and recycling solutions by enthusiasts, etc. We encourage each other to take initiatives, to be autonomous and responsible, to be involved in recruitment and to enjoy fun times together.

Cash and Repair est un réseau en plein développement : nos ateliers de réparation de smartphones, tablettes et PC portables sont installés dans les galeries commerciales. Avec un taux d'équipement des foyers français frôlant les 110% en mobile, c'est un secteur porteur et très évolutif !
Nous nous sommes engagés dès le début dans une démarche éco-responsable afin de proposer à nos clients 3 manières de prolonger la vie de leurs appareils mobiles (au lieu de les changer ou de les jeter) :
- les faire REPARER par des techniciens experts en moins de 30 minutes et sans rendez-vous,
- nous les REVENDRE au juste prix soit pour qu'un autre utilisateur en profite, soit pour ses pièces détachées,
- nous RAPPORTER les appareils définitivement hors d'usage pour qu'ils soient recyclés.
Toute l'équipe de Cash and Repair a aussi à cœur de s'épanouir dans leur travail, qu'ils soient techniciens, formateurs ou au siège administratif. Loin des discours creux, nous agissons au quotidien, poussés par la même vision et mettons en place des actions concrètes. Des groupes de réflexion internes, appelés Tribus et sur la base du volontariat, se constituent pour faire évoluer l'entreprise : fixation par les employés de leurs rémunérations et plannings, recherche de solutions de réemploi et de recyclage par des passionnés, etc. Nous nous encourageons à prendre des initiatives, à être autonomes et responsables, à être partie prenante des recrutements et à profiter de moments sympas ensemble.
