The Automotive Industry Cluster of Catalonia is a non-profit association, open to companies linked to the automotive sector based in Catalonia and that have R&D&I activity.

El Clúster de la Indústria de l’Automoció de Catalunya és una associació sense ànim de lucre, oberta a les empreses vinculades al sector de l’automoció amb seu a Catalunya i que tinguin activitat d’R+D+I.
El principal objectiu del CIAC és impulsar la competitivitat de la indústria de l'automòbil, considerada com a motor essencial de l'economia catalana. Amb aquest propòsit, s'ha elaborat un pla estratègic amb objectius definits a curt, mitjà i llarg termini, assegurant així el desenvolupament en el nou marc industrial global.
En el CIAC es treballa per augmentar la competitivitat del Sector de l'Automoció i per engegar projectes que es puguin realitzar i tenir èxit. És per això, que existeixen comissions formades per diferents empreses sòcies on poden treballar conjuntament CREANT, INNOVANT, ORGANITZANT, COMPETINT, PRODUINT... Per tal d'arribar a ser més forts, més productius i més capdavanters individualment i conjuntament dins del SECTOR.
