WE ARE the ONCE Foundation entity for the training and employment of people with disabilities.
Our work has two target audiences as RECIPIENTS: PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND COMPANIES. To the former we offer guidance, training and job intermediation services at no cost to the user. For companies, we carry out selection and presentation of candidates with disabilities, job analysis, projects in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility and, likewise, we provide them with all types of information about employment, reputational and economic advantages (in the form of bonuses taxes and subsidies) involved in hiring people with disabilities.
Our activity is part of the Operational Program for Social Inclusion and the Social Economy (POISES) and the Operational Program for Youth Employment (POEJ), both co-financed by the ONCE Foundation and the European Social Fund.

SOMOS la entidad de Fundación ONCE para la formación y el empleo de personas con discapacidad.
Nuestra labor tiene como DESTINATARIOS dos públicos objetivos: las PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD Y LAS EMPRESAS. A los primeros les ofrecemos servicios de orientación, formación e intermediación laboral sin coste para el usuario. Para las empresas realizamos selección y presentación de candidatos con discapacidad, análisis de puestos de trabajo, proyectos en el ámbito de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial y, asimismo, les proporcionamos todo tipo de información sobre las ventajas laborales, reputacionales y económicas (en forma de bonificaciones fiscales y subvenciones) que supone la contratación de personas con discapacidad.
Nuestra actividad se enmarca en el Programa Operativo de Inclusión Social y de la Economía Social (POISES) y en el Programa Operativo de Empleo Juvenil (POEJ), ambos cofinanciados por Fundación ONCE y el Fondo Social Europeo.
