The story of the Pleine Lune brewery begins in the summer of 2011. Benoît, after 10 years of brewing including 7 years as a professional, founded the Pleine Lune brewery, alone, in a small room in the artisanal zone of Chabeuil. The brewery then offers 4 beer recipes: Lunik, Aubeloun, L’Universelle and Pierre de Lune.
In 2012, Georges and Sylvain* joined what became a team and the brewery grew by increasing its production and range.
*Sylvain has since taken off towards other brewing horizons.
In 2014, two major changes: organic certification in January and the move to new premises at the end of the year.
Then in January 2015, crowdfunding enabled the purchase of a new tank and established the brewery in a sustainable manner in constant growth, driven by the support of all its customers and resellers. Since then, the brewery has regularly equipped itself with equipment to improve product quality and working ergonomics.
In August 2018, the brewery opened its Bar/Boutique, a space which allows it to become a place for tasting, meetings and culture, in particular through the organization of concerts and cultural events.
In August 2019, work on the new building began. Designed and built to be adapted to our activity, it is located near our former premises, not far from the rocket roundabout and on the edge of the Chabeuil “ring road”, direction Crest. The move took place in March 2020. Since then, new projects have already been launched: creation of a range of barreled beers, establishment of a green space and a shaded terrace, material and technical developments including the creation of a quality laboratory.

L’histoire de la brasserie de la Pleine Lune commence à l’été 2011. Benoît, après 10 ans de brassage dont 7 ans en tant que professionnel, fonde la brasserie de la Pleine Lune, seul, dans un petit local de la zone artisanale de Chabeuil. La brasserie propose alors 4 recettes de bières : Lunik, Aubeloun, L’Universelle et Pierre de Lune.
Dès 2012, Georges et Sylvain* intègrent ce qui devient une équipe et la brasserie prend de l’ampleur en augmentant sa production et sa gamme.
*Sylvain a, depuis, pris son envol vers d’autres horizons brassicoles.
En 2014, deux changements majeurs : la certification Bio en Janvier et le déménagement dans de nouveaux locaux en fin d’année.
Puis en Janvier 2015, un financement participatif permet l’achat d’une nouvelle cuve et assoit durablement la brasserie dans une croissance constante, portée par le soutien de tous ses clients et revendeurs. Depuis la brasserie s’équipe régulièrement de matériels permettant d’améliorer la qualité des produits et l’ergonomie de travail.
En août 2018, la brasserie ouvre son Bar/Boutique, un espace qui lui permet de devenir un lieu de dégustation, de rencontres et de culture, au travers notamment de l’organisation de concerts et d’événements culturels.
En août 2019, les travaux du nouveau bâtiment commencent. Pensé et construit pour être adapté à notre activité, il se situe à proximité de nos anciens locaux, non loin du rond-point de la fusée et en bordure de la « rocade » de Chabeuil, direction Crest. Le déménagement a eu lieu en mars 2020. Depuis, de nouveaux projets sont déjà lancés : création d’une gamme de bières barriquées, implantation d’un espace vert et d’une terrasse ombragée, évolutions matériels et techniques avec notamment la création d’un laboratoire qualité.
