Finlombarda is the in-house public financial institution 100% owned by Regione Lombardia, and, at the same time, is also a financial intermediary supervised and authorised by the Bank of Italy. Finlombarda’s mandate is promoting the economic development of the regional territory.

Finlombarda offers both financial instruments – loans, guarantees and bonds, financed or co-financed with EU funds and own resources, and services for businesses. Indeed, it acts as advisor for Regione Lombardia, especially on planning and implementation of EU resources.

Finlombarda is member of the National Association of Regional Financial Institutions (ANFIR), of the European Association of Public Banks (EAPB) and of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN).
