Qui sommes-nous ?
IéS est une société coopérative d’intérêt collectif qui collecte de l’épargne citoyenne depuis plus de 20 ans, pour financer et accompagner des entreprises en Occitanie / Pyrénées-Méditerranée qui placent
l’utilité sociale au coeur de leur démarche, créent des emplois et ont une activité porteuse pour le
dynamisme du territoire.
Adhérente aux principes du financement solidaire et agréée entreprise solidaire depuis 2007, IéS
développe un outil d’épargne (la part sociale d’IéS) labellisé Finansol – ce qui garantit la transparence et l’utilisation solidaire des fonds.
S’adressant à toute personne – citoyen ou personne morale – qui partage une autre vision de
l’économie et souhaite donner du sens à son épargne, le projet d’IéS doit permettre le financement et
l’accompagnement d’entreprises sur le territoire régional.

guide l’activité d’IéS dont l’objectif est la création et la consolidation d’emplois en Occitanie.
Les entreprises :
IéS finance tout type de société (SA, SARL, SAS, coopérative, Association, EURL SASU), en fonds propres (ou quasi-fonds propres). Les interventions financières sont en capital, en comptes courants d’associés, en prêts participatifs, en titres participatifs, ou tout autres outils de renforcement des fonds propres. Les modalités d’intervention dépendent du statut de l’entreprise et du besoin de financement en lui-même.
L’outil d’épargne solidaire :
Participer au projet IéS est accessible à tous, par la souscription de parts sociales (76 € l’unité).
L’épargne collectée est dédiée au financement des entreprises, hormis une réserve obligatoire et il n’y a ni frais de souscription (hormis les frais bancaires en cas de souscription en ligne), ni frais de gestion.
