Qu’est-ce que la Ruche ?
Ni une pépinière, ni un incubateur, la Ruche Industrielle est une Association loi 1901 dont les membres sont des industriels de différents secteurs d’activité, pas plus d’un acteur issu d’un même marché. Ces caractéristiques permettent de mixer les ADN, de favoriser les partages d’expérience et d’offrir un espace de travail neutre.
Ainsi, la Ruche mise sur l’intelligence collective de ses membres qui unissent leurs forces et savoirs lors de projets communs pour développer les compétences, les équipements et les méthodologies aptes à répondre aux problématiques posées par l’Industrie 4.0 : Digitalisation, Évolution des métiers (en particulier pour l’opérateur), et Durabilité (économie circulaire notamment).
Par ailleurs, fortement ancrée dans l’écosystème lyonnais et implantée au cœur du site pilote pour l'industrie « USIN » de Lyon, la Ruche s’inscrit dans le mouvement French Fab qui entend accompagner la refondation de l’industrie française.
