    🔸 Wood from regional forests
    The wood, BTMC certified, is harvested less than 50km from our workshops. It comes from sustainably managed forests.

    🔸 An adjoining sawmill
    Specializing in structural timber and the production of finished products, the Forge-Mahussier sawmill is integrated into our workshops.

    🔸 Wood insulation manufactured 15 km from our workshops
    The offcuts from the sawmill are transformed into high-performance wood insulation, used in construction.

    🔸 Assembly carried out directly in our workshops
    The watertight/airtight structures are installed on site by our teams.

    To optimize energy performance, we have developed two products:
    🔸 Lignadal®: a composite floor that combines wood and concrete. It consists of a wooden pre-slab prefabricated in our workshops and a compression slab poured directly on site.
    This innovative technology has held a CSTB technical opinion n°3/00-335* since 2009.

    🔸 Lignapli®: a solid load-bearing wall, combined with a secondary frame. Thanks to this external insulation, Lignapli minimizes thermal bridges.

    🔸 Des bois issus de forêts régionales
    Les bois, certifiés BTMC, sont récoltés à moins de 50km de nos ateliers. Ils sont issus de forêts gérées durablement.

    🔸 Une scierie attenante
    Spécialisée dans le bois de charpente et la réalisation de produits finis, la scierie Forge-Mahussier est intégrée à nos ateliers.

    🔸 Un isolant bois fabriqué à 15 km de nos ateliers
    Les chutes issues de la scierie sont transformées en un isolant bois performant, utilisé dans les constructions.

    🔸 Un montage réalisé directement dans nos ateliers
    Les ouvrages hors d’eau / hors d’air sont installés in situ par nos équipes.


    Pour optimiser les performances énergétiques, nous avons développé deux produits :
    🔸 Lignadal® : un plancher collaborant qui associe le bois et le béton. Il se compose d’une prédalle en bois préfabriquée dans nos ateliers et d’une dalle de compression coulée directement sur le chantier.
    Cette technologie innovante détient un avis technique CSTB n°3/00-335* depuis 2009.

    🔸 Lignapli® : un mur massif porteur, conjugué à une ossature secondaire. Grâce à cette isolation par l’extérieur, Lignapli permet de minimiser les ponts thermiques.
