HOBO is indeed interested in the development of inventive and even alternative architectural and urban projects, truly capable of responding to the challenges of the Socio-Environmental Transition which is taking place, to the future (r)evolutions of our lifestyles and more in addition to seeking frugality, sharing, quality of use and a true eco-responsible ethic. Constituée d’une équipe de 27 personnes, HOBO se développe dans l'esprit d'un COLLECTIF PLURIDISCIPLINAIRE d'architectes, urbanistes, ingénieurs, infographistes 3D, data-managers, et directeurs de travaux. Par le cumul de compétences, la collaboration ouverte, la recherche d’amélioration constante des outils, méthodes et partenariats, HOBO propose une démarche globale visant la MAITRISE DE L’OEUVRE.
HOBO se mobilise dans le but de faire émerger une Nouvelle Vision pour la Ville de Demain : une ville plus résiliente, sobre, désirable, mais aussi plus solidaire et accessible pour toutes et tous. Cette réflexion à divers échelles et contextes vise clairement un nouveau modèle de fabrication urbaine : nouvelles densités, programmation et typologies mixtes, montages d'opérations et procédés constructifs innovants, utilisations des technologies numériques BIM CIM et LIM, conceptions et stratégies énergétiques économes, mutualisations et mutabilités en tous genres. HOBO s’intéresse en effet à l’élaboration de projets architecturaux et urbains inventifs voir alternatifs, véritablement capables de répondre aux enjeux de la Transition Socio-Environnementale qui s’opère, aux (r)évolutions à venir de nos modes de vies de plus en plus demandeurs de frugalité, de partage, de qualité d’usage et d’une véritable éthique éco-responsable.
