Le Campus de la Gastronomie répond aux besoins en compétences de l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur, de la parcelle à la papille. Il propose, grâce à l’alliance des trois structures de formation partenaires, une offre de service en formation initiale (du CAP au doctorat) et formation continue, en recherche scientifique, en conseil et accompagnement, et innovation.
