ALLIANCE ECONOMIE has over 28 years of experience in all aspects of Construction cost management in France with solid expertise in high-rise buildings, hospitals, luxury hotels and shopping centers, etc.
3 entities based in Paris (alliance-economie), Lyon (AE Lyon) and Rennes (AE Bretagne) bringing together 57 employees with complementary training and skills (engineers, architects, cost managers...) but have a unique methodology.
We offer a wide range of services, from Quantity surveying to all trades economy, as well as the financial monitoring of construction sites for complete control of budget commitments throughout the life of the project.
Innovation is our moto, in the effective practice of BIM levels 1,2,3, perfectly mastered internally, but also in an innovative approach with an environmental strategy, and/or an interactive project configurator.
Our desire for independence allows us to support both the project owner and the design team and therefore position ourselves regularly in the arbitration and the search for the overall budget/program/project adequacy.

Le groupe Alliance Économie, acteur majeur de l’intelligence économique du cycle de la construction regroupe l’ensemble des activités de conseil et Économie de la Construction, au sein de ses entités AEm et Alliance Economie.
Présent à Paris, Rennes, Lyon et Montpellier, le groupe présente un effectif de 55 personnes, disposant de formations et compétencescomplémentaires (ingénieurs, architectes, économistes...). Des méthologies propres ont été développées afin de transcrire les visions architecturales et TCE, essentielles à la cohérence et l’optimisation budgétaires des projets de construction (neuf et réhabilitation).
Le Groupe offre une large palette de services, allant du Conseil / AMO Economique au suivi financier de chantier, pour une complète maitrise des engagements budgétaires.
L’innovation est notre credo, portée par une entité dédiée AEinov qui permet le développement d’approche novatrice sur l’impact économique de la décarbonation et le management des Datas (développement de plateformes numériques)
Notre volonté d’indépendance nous permet d’accompagner aussi bien la maitrise d’ouvrage que l’équipe de conception et de nous positionner régulièrement dans l’arbitrage et la recherche de l’adéquation globale, programme/signature architecturale/budget .
