At the end of 2010, EDILTECO® France took over from EPS Cement International, the activity of the company PolyCiment® which grouped the entities Agrégats Artificiels BS Technologies SA and Arvenix.
With an innovative, efficient, standardized offer corresponding to the contemporary issues of the world of construction, EDILTECO® France and its distribution sector meet a growing demand from companies, whether they are craftsmen or from major construction majors.
Coming from local production, its products are naturally part of a policy of sustainable development and respect for the environment. They also participate in revaluing the built heritage and bring their share of performances for the new BBC (Low Energy Building) constructions.
Two production lines were created at the beginning of 2015 for the production of polystyrene plates for I.T.E. systems. 3700 m2 accommodate 4 activity centers, two of which are dedicated to the manufacture and transformation of polystyrene blocks into plates for I.T.E., as well as to the manufacture of the ECAP® system. The other two centers are dedicated to the laboratory which analyzes and controls the quality and conformity of the products for the certifications and labels (CE Marking, ACERMI, etc.) acquired by EDILTECO® products; as well as to the logistics, preparation and monitoring of orders.

Créée en 2001, la filiale française EDILTECO® est implantée en Pays de Loire, proche de Cholet. Elle bénéficie de toute l’expertise du Groupe et diffuse ses diverses solutions constructives dans le neuf comme en réhabilitation.
Depuis sa création, la Société a orienté sa politique de développement sur des objectifs d’innovation, apportant un gain de performances aux produits, tout en augmentant la simplicité et la rapidité d’application.
