The SOLIHA Pays de la Loire associations combine their skills to develop the 5 professions of the SOLIHA Movement:

Les associations SOLIHA Pays de la Loire unissent leurs compétences pour développer les 5 métiers du Mouvement SOLIHA :
- L'accompagnement des collectivités à la conduite de projets de territoire : études habitat, opérations de rénovation de l’habitat ancien (OPAH, PIG) revitalisation de cœurs de bourgs...;
- La réhabilitation accompagnée des projets de particuliers : économie d’énergie, accessibilité des logements, sécurité, insalubrité ;
- L’accompagnement social vers et dans le logement ;
- La production de logements sociaux en rénovation du parc existant avec notre SAS SOLIHA BLI Bâtisseur de logements d'insertion
- La gestion locative adaptée avec notre agence immobilière sociale AIS
Chaque année, SOLIHA accompagne près de 3 000 projets d’amélioration de l’habitat en Pays de la Loire.
