CiviESCo was born as one of the first experiments of an Energy Service Company of banking origin, active to offer integrated services and interventions in order to promote the rational use of energy resources. Through the efficiency and production of energy from renewable or similar sources, the transition to a sustainable economy is promoted by measuring the advantages that are generated on the productive, social and above all environmental fabric.
The company supports businesses and public administration in initiatives related to the "green economy", in a logic of public-private partnership serving the territory. It therefore turns its integrated skills to the direct and indirect benefits deriving from the optimization of public (regional, national, supranational) and private sources of financing, in accordance with the Principles for Responsible Investment.
To pursue these objectives, we are active in urban redevelopment operations and the adaptation of individual activities and infrastructures. CiviESCo uses alternative business models and innovative and personalized financing schemes, based on certified project financing software which, together with in-depth technological and financial skills, ensure partners with optimal results in terms of energy saving and management of environmental and economic-social resources.
CiviESCo is currently involved in numerous energy efficiency projects in the area and, thanks to the operational unit in Rome, is strongly active on the frontiers of innovation (smart cities, big data, Internet of Things, Vehicles to X) and on the main European tenders to guarantee funds to invest at a local level, in line with the smart, sustainable and inclusive growth objectives of "Europe 2020".

CiviESCo nasce come uno dei primi esperimenti di Energy Service Company di derivazione bancaria, attiva per offrire servizi ed interventi integrati al fine di favorire l’uso razionale delle risorse energetiche. Attraverso l’efficientamento e la produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili o assimilate, si promuove il passaggio ad un’economia sostenibile misurandone i vantaggi che si generano sul tessuto produttivo, sociale e soprattutto ambientale.
La società supporta, nelle iniziative legate alla “green economy”, Imprese e Pubblica Amministrazione, in una logica di partenariato pubblico privato al servizio del territorio. CiviESCo utilizza modelli di business alternativi e schemi di finanziamento innovativi e personalizzati, basati su software di project financing certificati che, assieme alle profonde competenze tecnologiche e finanziarie, assicurano ai partner risultati ottimali di risparmio energetico e di gestione delle risorse ambientali ed economico-sociali.
