    L'Etude a commencé véritablement à se développer à partir du début du XXème siècle, sous l'impulsion de Maître MUSNIER, notaire de 1906 à 1945, puis Maître René MALTERRE, à partir de 1945, ainsi que la Société Civile Professionnelle "René et Denis MALTERRE et Jean-Pierre HEUEL", constituée en 1971.

    Anciennement située au 76 bis Grande Rue, à Longjumeau, le nombre de salariés composant l'Etude, ainsi que le matériel informatique, nous amenèrent, en 1983 à la transférer à son siège actuel, 10 Place de Bretten, dans un immeuble moderne, fonctionnel et spacieux, permettant à la fois un très bon accueil de la clientèle, ainsi que des conditions de travail plus agréables pour tous.

    Depuis, l'Etude de SACLAY (créée en 2011) et celle de BOULOGNE-BILLANCOURT (créée en 2023) ont rejoint l'Etude de LONGJUMEAU pour former le groupe HEUEL NOTAIRES qui compte aujourd'hui une quarantaine de femmes et d'hommes dont une quinzaine de notaires.
