DINAMIC+ is the first acceleration program for SMEs in Pays de la Loire, with more than 1,700 companies supported since 2007. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Pays de la Loire and Bpifrance, with the support of the Pays de la Region Loire, the State and the European Union, combine the strength and expertise of their networks to offer businesses excellent support. The DINAMIC+ courses, adapted to the challenges of your company, provide you with personalized advice, training on 40 themes, and support for HR courses to improve your teams' skills and gain in competitiveness.
You benefit from a high-level consultancy offer. For 6 or 12 months, you are supported by a team of experts in SME strategy and development, to define your priority issues and build action plans.
- A CCI project manager carries out a 360 diagnosis with you and ensures that the mission goes smoothly.
- A consultant, specially selected with regard to the issues identified, supports the manager and his teams in carrying out a diagnosis and managing action plans leading to concrete results.
- Trainers and a course guide ensure the skills development of your teams.
The partnership with Bpifrance also allows you to integrate into a network of excellence and access an e-learning channel dedicated to managers.
More than 2,300 courses have been completed, available in each department by the CCI Nantes St-Nazaire, the CCI Maine et Loire, the CCI Mayenne, the CCI Le Mans-Sarthe and the CCI Vendée.
