• Exclusions:
- Micro businesses
- Civil real estate companies
- Companies in receivership or compulsory liquidation

PhiNOE est un fonds de dotation qui propose une finance au service des territoires et de l’emploi.
Il s’inscrit dans la raison d’être du groupe Arkéa qui souhaite intensifier son engagement sociétal et environnemental au service des acteurs du territoire.
PhiNOE est abondé par des investisseurs privés et le groupe Arkéa.
Le Fonds de dotation PhiNOE répond à un double objectif :
• Favoriser la création d’emplois sur les territoires
• Accompagner le développement et la pérennité des entreprises et des associations
Le fonds de dotation PhiNOE propose 3 types d’aides complémentaires :
• Prêt d’honneur à taux 0%
- De 10 000€ à 50 000€
- De 60 à 84 mois avec une franchise maximale de 18 mois
- Sans garantie ni assurance
• Subvention entre 1 000€ et 10 000€ pour un coup de pouce opérationnel
• Accompagnement personnalisé
Le fonds de dotation PhiNOE s’adresse à toute entité exerçant une activité économique en France métropolitaine :
• Critères d’éligibilité :
- Une année d’existence et un exercice comptable
- Un salarié ou un travailleur non salarié dans l’entreprise
- Un projet d’embauche durable dans les 12 mois
- Le respect du plafond des aides de minimis
• Exclusions :
- Micro entreprises
- Sociétés Civiles Immobilières
- Entreprises en Redressement Judiciaire ou en Liquidation Judiciaire
