Initiactive 9578 est une association engagée, elle appuie des projets qui créent du lien social ou qui relèvent de l’économie sociale et solidaire, qui facilitent l’accès à l’emploi pour ceux qui en sont éloignés ou qui favorisent la transition écologique. 25% de l’activité d’Initiactive 9578 est consacrée à ce principe.
Initiactive 9578 propose les actions suivantes :

- Le financement du projet avec des outils gérés en propre (prêts d’honneurs sur le Val d'Oise uniquement, fonds de garantie France Active sur le Val d'Oise et les Yvelines)
- L’intermédiation bancaire avec la mobilisation des banques pour financer les entreprises
- L’appui au développement par le soutien au cours des 3 premières années d’activité et avec la mise en réseau des chefs d’entreprises, la prévention des risques, le mentorat des entrepreneurs et le dispositif local d’accompagnement sur le département du Val d'Oise pour les dirigeants de l’ESS.
