6 years, 1 month agoIHF is an award-winning Human Factors company, chartered by the Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF).
IHF is an award-winning Human Factors Consultancy specialising in Human System Integration (HSI) and Human Factors Training. Chartered by the Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (IEHF) we have experience across several sectors.
We have a wealth of experience in implementing Control of Work Systems; supporting BP, Maersk, Nexen and EnQuest in software configuration, test and deployment through to offshore audit, coaching and training.
We are active in a number of NHS trusts and boards in a variety of roles from coaching and educating high performing talent pools to increasing compliance of business critical activities to working alongside A&E staff with a view to reducing waiting times, increasing staff performance and morale (reducing absenteeism and increasing staff retention).
More recently, we are starting to work overseas, in rail and in financial services where our work focuses on both business critical aspects (reduction of human error in finance) and safety critical aspects (fulfilling regulatory requirements, quality and compliance aspects in the rail sector).
We are approved by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) to deliver HELM, the Civil Aviation Authority to deliver Part 145 & 66 training as well as CRM (initial, refresher and instructor training) as well as offering a range of award winning training packages across a number of subjects.
Our forte is delivering evidentially based, tangible and measurable behavioural safety training into safety critical industries as well as developing statistically valid measurement frameworks which organisations can assess whether their big budget safety programs are actually doing what they want them to.
IHF has a proven track record working with a range of small to medium-sized companies through to Blue Chips and the NHS. Established for 8 years we have won awards in every year of our existence.
